This has been a very difficult time with dad suffering with mixed dementia but right from the offset, Stephanie has gone above and beyond to make sure the day went well, messaging me back late of an evening with reassurance. Meeting with what ever request we had including adding a message onto their media page and arranging a live web viewing for those unable to attend. On the day of the funeral Matthew was very calming and put myself and the family at ease, he had time to talk and listen. He was very professional in everything he did and was one step ahead, if there was any problems we certainly didn’t know. He ensured my family were the most important people by talking/guiding us through the day every step, walking us in and seating us and the respect shown to my dad was outstanding. Communication has been excellent all the way along, listening to me talk about dad and his life, almost like they were part of our family, understanding our pain. Thank you, I can see from the way everyone is that this is not just a job to them.”
